On Friday March 1, the Art Honor Society hosted Art Night at Argyle High School for the community.
“Art Night is kicking off Youth Art Month held each March,” high school art teacher Tanya Kosla said. “Mrs. Hendrick and I got together with the Honor Society and put together a family night of art.”
Parents and children were given the opportunity to make a variety of pieces with multiple mediums, including popular rubber fish stamps.
“This year was very successful,” Kosla said. “We had a lot of art and smiling faces tonight.”
The Art Honor society hopes to continue the event each year.
