Teaming with students during A lunch, Brewed Awakening, the new school coffee bar is clearly a welcome addition to our campus. Serving a variety of coffees, teas, all-natural smoothies, breakfast foods, and seasonal items, Brewed Awakening is a convenient alternative to the Starbucks run so many students used to make in the mornings. As someone who is not an avid coffee or tea drinker, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything I sampled off the menu was. My personal recommendation is the kona mocha, but the staff says the vanilla bean latte is the most popular item among students. No matter what you order though, you can’t go wrong at Brewed Awakening.
