Teachers aren’t always creating lesson plans and spending time preparing students for the real world. In fact, sometimes they learn. In this case, AHS teachers turned their talents toward the art world, although none have ever been dubbed ‘Master Artist’. They traveled to Flower Mound to attend a birthday party for career and technology teacher, Brenda Spain on Feb. 12. At ‘Painting with a Twist’, where they created their own masterpiece versions of ‘Monet’s Lilies’.
