After a nerve-wracking game against Stephenville in round two of the playoffs, the Eagles advanced to round three and took on the Brownwood Lions.

The game took place on Nov. 22 at McLane Stadium in Waco, Texas. Argyle took control despite poor weather conditions and defeated the Lions with a final score of 42–14.

The Eagles will advance to the Region championship and play La Vega at McLane Stadium in Waco, Texas on Dec. 6 @ 7:00.
