Yesterday the Cross Country teams competed in the Haltom City meet at Buffalo Ridge park. The girls’ Varsity team placed 3rd, this season they have placed 4th or higher in teams standings in every meet and we have had at least 1 girl in the top 5 places in every meet except for one.
Varsity girls and their overall places from yesterday were:
Lanie Rodgers – 2nd
Rhyle McKinney – 4th
Kaley Allen – 14th
Madison Peltier – 17th
Madison Ralston – 20th
Morgan White – 21st
Caroline Roth – 23rd
The JV girls’ team placed 1st yesterday, top JV runner was Megan Atwood who won 1st place. This season the JV girls’ team has placed 1st or 2nd in the team standings in every meet.
Please congratulate these girls for their team and individual accomplishments yesterday.
We have only 2 more meets left before our District meet in one of the toughest districts in the state on October 20 in Decatur.
