Today, Valentines Day, I wanted to help ease your busy morning of grabbing all of your Valentine cards, taking the kids to their Valentine celebrations, or being a student trying to get to school in a hurry to enjoy this special day. Instead of making your kids/ significant other/ parents a decadent breakfast- whip up a simple Valentine smoothie. By adding red fruits like strawberries and grapefruit, it gives this smoothie a celebratory look. You can’t go wrong with this healthy, festive recipe! Simply place the grapefruit juice, strawberries, bananas, yogurt, honey, and ice into a blender. Cover, and blend until smooth, then enjoy!
