JV boys’ basketball went 10-3 in non-district play and finished 9-1 in district, tying as district champions.
The team is made up of a diverse group of guys, including freshmen, sophomores, and juniors, but all bring different abilities.
“Our strengths might be running in transition, building quick leads, and defensive rebounding,” junior Mark Pfohl said.
These guys work hard and step-up, and each of them focuses on the goals of the team.
“We have great chemistry when we play with each other,” junior Cade Northcutt said. “We know how each of us plays.”
That knowledge obviously worked to the team’s advantage, as evidenced by the outstanding district record, a good sign for next year’s returning members.
