Tierney Withrow, Editor-in-Chief
Tierney Withrow is the Editor-in-Chief for The Talon News. Currently a senior, this is her third year on The Talon staff. In May of 2024, she won UIL 5A State Editorial and the Editorial Top of Texas award. Tierney participated in the UNT Scripps-Howard program and interned at The Pilot Point Post-Signal in 2025. She is the president of Quill and Scroll Honor Society, president of Skills USA Audio-Visual and a member of the National Honor Society. In her spare time, she enjoys scrapbooking, making jewelry and visiting bookstores with friends.
