Hours prior to the death of nine people and over three hundred people got injured, thousands of people got ready to enjoy the first day at Astroworld. Travis Scott is a world renowned artist that grew up in Houston Texas. Every year he hosts a festival called Astroworld located where an amusement park named Astroworld used to be. On November 5, 2021, during Travis Scott’s performance the crowd surged towards the stage which resulted in the death of nine people, making the Astroworld Festival the fifth deadliest concert of all time.
