When you have competition horses it’s important to ride them consistently to keep the in shape for the shows and when you win the horses’ value will potentially go up.

“I run because I wanna keep my body in shape”, says mckenna. “It helps your core and arms and your leg muscles, but I still go on runs to get like more exercise”.

Riding is a full body workout, you use your core to balance yourself, legs to hold on and help guide, arms to steer and control.
“My favorite part of my day is riding my horses because it’s kinda like therapy and it helps me think” says Mckenna.
