Valentine’s Day is a fun day to show appreciation for your boyfriend or girlfriend. It’s also a fun day to spend with your friends and family. Along with buying gifts, you also have to plan the perfect day to make it special. Here are some fun ways that can be spent in Dallas on Valentine’s Day.
Dallas Arboretum and Botanic garden:
The Dallas Arboretum is a fun way to spend the afternoon on Valentine’s Day. There are plenty of places in the garden to have a picnic with your date and the Arboretum offers many gardens to look at. On Valentine’s Day there are many decorations that are put up to be festive for the holiday.
Klyde Warren Park:
Klyde Warren Park is a fun place to go in Dallas all throughout the year. The park is located in the middle of the Arts District in Dallas and there are various food trucks to choose from to eat at. But on Valentine’s Day the park offers some fun activities for you and date, your family, or with friends. There is a costume-themed, roaring twenties, along with crafts, dancing, trivia and desserts from 3-6 p.m. At 6:30 p.m. Klyde Warren Park will be showing the movie “The Great Gatsby.” So visit Klyde Warren Park to have a fun “roaring twenties” themed Valentine’s Day.
Top Golf:
Top Golf is a great place for a group date on Valentines Day. You can eat dinner and golf with friends. Top Golf is open all day, so you can go in the morning or at night. Along with golfing, it offers putt putt, human sized jingo, chess, and other fun games.
Cutting Edge Haunted House:
If you are looking to be scared on Valentines Day then Cutting Edge is the perfect place for you. Cutting Edge is located in Fort Worth and it opens up on special holidays, like Valentine’s Day. Cutting Edge is an exciting place to go for Halloween so it’ll be fun on Valentine’s Day, too.
