Wrestling Headed to State

Wrestling meet held at Argyle High School on January 25, 2024.

This past weekend, 17 Argyle wrestlers competed in the Region 2 wrestling championships. The Girls team placed 3rd and the Boys team placed 9th.

The girls team had 5 individuals that placed in the top 6 and 4 that have qualified for the state championships. Lily Doyle, Cassidy Owen, Emilia Hernandez, and Larissa Puckett are state qualifiers.

The Boys team had 4 individuals that placed in the top 6 and 3 that have qualified for the state championships. Dominik Artman, Tobias Gilman, and Cole Murguia Mosley are state qualifiers.
