Summer Snack: All-Natural Popsicles

May 29, 2019

Want something cold and refreshing to eat on a hot Texas day? These all-natural popsicles will definitely help you beat the heat.

All you need is:

  • Spinach
  • Green Apple
  • Pineapple
  • Watermelon
  • Mango
  • Water
  • Ice
  • Blender
  • Strainer
  • Popsicle Molds

This first Popsicle is called the “Mean Green”. First, chop up all of your fruit and spinach to make sure it can be finely blended. Then, grab your blender and add the spinach, green apple, ice, and water.  Add the ingredients into the blender and combine until everything is nicely incorporated. Next, grab the strainer to remove any leftover pieces of the apple and spinach. Place the juice in the Popsicle molds and freeze for five hours. Repeat the same process with the watermelon, mango, and pineapple with the water and ice. Super easy and super delicious. Feel free to add other ingredients that you like more. The fun thing about Popsicles is that you have the freedom and liberty to make it however you want!
