In the cold weather, Eagle basketball was hot during their regular season, ending the season with a record of 26-7

Eagle Basketball won every district game, going 10-0. The district included some incredible games, including both games against Krum High School, which included a quadrupole overtime win over the Wildcats on January 23 with a score of 54-50.

The Eagles won their district schedule led by juniors Brandon White and Max Valentino, and senior Blaze Mcmellian. And off the bench came Koy Randall and Wilson Peltier.

Coach Perkins led the team to make a state championship push by pushing his players to never give up and to play at their fullest capability.

Argyle cruised into their first two rounds of the playoffs, beating Oak Cliff Faith Family Academy 45-41, and beating Melissa High School 52-31.

Be sure to support Argyle tonight in the third round of the playoffs against Lincoln High School at Carrollton High School at 7:30.
