Ingredients:

• 1 Box Strawberry Cake Mix
• 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
• 3 Eggs
• 1/2 Cup Water
• 3-4 Cups Frosting

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, eggs, and water. Mix on medium until combined. Drop about 2tbs of batter on the baking sheet for each cookie, leaving 2 inches of space in between. Bake 5-7 minutes until center is set. Transfer to wire rack to cool. Top the bottom of half of the cookies with a generous amount of frosting. Place another cookie on top. Store in air-tight container.
