Chocolate Sheet Cake and Frosting

This homemade chocolate sheet cake is perfect to top off dinner any night of the week! This rich cake topped with a thick layer of chocolate icing will only leave you wanting more!

Cake

Mix together

• 2 Cups Flour
• 2 Cups Sugar
• 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
• 4 Tablespoons Cocoa

Add to dry Ingredients:

• 2 Sticks of Butter or Margarine (Melted)
• 1 Cup Boiling Water
• ½ Cup Buttermilk
• 2 Eggs

Beat with mixer for 2 Minutes

Bake 400 Degrees for 20-25 Minutes

Frosting

Bring to a boil:

• 1 Stick butter
• 4 Tablespoons Cocoa
• 6 Tablespoons Buttermilk

Remove from heat and add:

• 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
• 1 Pound powered Sugar

Mix together with blender

Spread on warm cake
