Chocolate Chip Upside Down Cake

Melt in Microwave (or on stove):

1 Stick of Butter

Add and stir well:

4 Tsp. Milk

1 Cup Brown Sugar

While butter is melting, mix up according to directions and set aside: 1 Duncan Hines Devils Food Cake Mix

Spray a 9×13 pan with Pam. Line bottom of pan with Parchment paper. Spray top of parchment paper with Pam. Pour butter/brown sugar mixture into pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle chocolate chips liberally on top of mixture. Pour cake mix batter on top of chocolate chip. Bake according to directions until toothpick comes out clean and sides are pulling away from pan (usually about 45 minutes). Remove from oven, invert immediately on serving dish. Try to slowly raise the pan and briefly hold about ½ an inch above serving dish to contain the chocolate chips better. Throw away parchment paper.

This is best served warm, also great when served with ice cream on top!
