Just when everyone had decided Beyoncé Knowles was too busy taking care of Blue Ivy to make new music, she dropped a self entitled surprise album. Queen B has really out done herself this time because not only does the album consist of 14 new songs, but each one also has a music video to go along with it. The new visual album ranges from “Heaven”, a song about her miscarriage, to “Drunk In Love” which describes and even features her husband, Jay-Z. Along with Jay-Z, the album includes features from Frank Ocean and Drake, so any fan of rap can also enjoy this album. The videos themselves are true works of art that showcase Beyoncé’s artistic ability and the feelings she must have felt while writing each of her songs. Though most of the songs are quite risqué, the two that stand out the most are the emotional and touching “Heaven” and “Blue”.
