The varsity boys basketball team played their final game on Friday, Feb. 22 at Carrolton Creekview gymnasium where they lost in the area round of playoffs to Wilmer Hutchins 34-67.The boys finished the season (26-9).
The Eagles were shut down offensively and couldn’t find rhythm for the entire game. Zach Dickerson, Colton Wilkes and Spencer McCloud cut Argyle’s deficit to 14 before Wilmer Hutchins made it 34-17 at halftime. But the overall season was a success after going a perfect (8-0) in district.
